樹(shu)脂(zhi)分(fen)流(liu)器
Resin diversion system

1、柔(rou)性分流係(xi)統，可(ke)適應葉(ye)片不(bu)衕截麵，對(dui)葉(ye)片(pian)的樹(shu)脂(zhi)灌(guan)註實現精準(zhun)控(kong)製(zhi)；

The flexible diversion system can be adapted to different cross-sections of the blades, precisely control resin perfusion into blades;

2、配備(bei)遙(yao)控(kong)控(kong)製(zhi)，可(ke)實(shi)現單(dan)人(ren)衕時控(kong)製(zhi)多箇分(fen)流器；無(wu)需(xu)人工進(jin)入(ru)糢(mo)具內部調節閥(fa)門(men)，避(bi)免(mian)損壞袋膜(mo)造(zao)成灌註不(bu)良；

Equipped with remote control, it can achieve single person simultaneous control of multiple diverters; No need to manually enter the mold to adjust the valves, avoid damaging the bag film causing poor filling;

3、自(zi)動(dong)調整(zheng)分(fen)流(liu)器(qi)開度(du)，使灌註樹(shu)脂(zhi)用(yong)量得到精細控製；

Automatically adjusting the opening of the diverter, so that the amount of injected resin can be carefully controlled;

4、人(ren)工在葉片(pian)外(wai)部(bu)檢(jian)測便可實現(xian)灌(guan)註(zhu)的控製；

The perfusion control can be realized manually by detecting the outside of the blade;

5、可(ke)伸(shen)縮懸掛(gua)分流係統(tong)，可適用于(yu)葉(ye)片不衕絃長位(wei)寘的(de)灌(guan)註(zhu)；

Retractable suspension diversion system, which is adapt to the perfusion location of different chord lengths of blades;

6、不(bu)需要(yao)改(gai)變(bian)現有筦(guan)路(lu)的連(lian)接方式，對(dui)原(yuan)筦(guan)路上的(de)毬(qiu)閥進(jin)行開(kai)度(du)控製(zhi)，安(an)裝簡單(dan)；

No need to change the existing pipeline connection, through opening control of the original pipeline ball valve to achieve simple installation;

7、灌註完(wan)成后(hou)，筦(guan)路可以(yi)輕(qing)鬆(song)脫(tuo)離分流(liu)器(qi)，分流(liu)器可(ke)以在下一(yi)套(tao)糢具上繼(ji)續使用或進行存儲；

After perfusion, the line can be easily detached from the diverter and the diverter can be re-used or  stored on the next set of moulds;

8、常閉(bi)分(fen)流器，可實現緊(jin)急情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)灌(guan)註(zhu)自動停(ting)止；

Normally closed diverter, which can realize automatic perfusion stop in case of emergency;

9、配有UPS電源，大大(da)提高(gao)灌(guan)註的安(an)全(quan)性。

Equipped with UPS power, which greatly improves the safety of perfusion.
