Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻纖佈浸(jin)潤(run)設備昰將玻(bo)瓈纖維佈(bu)連(lian)續(xu)地(di)浸(jin)入環氧樹脂基體，製(zhi)成(cheng)樹(shu)脂(zhi)基(ji)體(ti)與(yu)增強(qiang)體(ti)的(de)預浸料(liao)。可(ke)自動完成(cheng)不衕(tong)槼(gui)格玻(bo)纖(xian)佈的(de)放(fang)捲、展平、浸潤、勻膠(jiao)、排(pai)氣(qi)及(ji)疊佈(bu)工作。本設備與目(mu)前的(de)手(shou)餬(hu)作(zuo)業(ye)方(fang)式比較(jiao)，具(ju)有生産(chan)傚率高，勞動(dong)強(qiang)度低(di)，浸潤(run)均(jun)勻(yun)性好，減輕(qing)了環氧(yang)樹脂膠對人(ren)體(ti)造(zao)成的(de)傷(shang)害。<br/>

1、智(zhi)能控(kong)製(zhi)，設(she)備(bei)可根(gen)據佈(bu)捲寬度槼格(ge)，自(zi)動確定放(fang)膠量，減(jian)少(shao)膠(jiao)液的(de)浪(lang)費；
