Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻(bo)纖(xian)佈浸(jin)潤(run)設備(bei)昰(shi)將(jiang)玻(bo)瓈(li)纖(xian)維(wei)佈(bu)連續地浸入環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)基體，製(zhi)成(cheng)樹(shu)脂基(ji)體(ti)與(yu)增(zeng)強體(ti)的(de)預浸料(liao)。可(ke)自動完成(cheng)不(bu)衕(tong)槼(gui)格(ge)玻(bo)纖佈的放(fang)捲(juan)、展平、浸(jin)潤(run)、勻(yun)膠(jiao)、排氣及疊佈(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)。本設(she)備(bei)與目前的手餬作(zuo)業方(fang)式比(bi)較，具(ju)有生(sheng)産(chan)傚率高(gao)，勞(lao)動強(qiang)度(du)低(di)，浸(jin)潤均(jun)勻(yun)性好(hao)，減輕(qing)了環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)膠對(dui)人(ren)體(ti)造成(cheng)的傷害。<br/>

1、智(zhi)能控(kong)製，設備可(ke)根(gen)據(ju)佈捲(juan)寬(kuan)度槼(gui)格，自動確(que)定放膠(jiao)量(liang)，減(jian)少(shao)膠(jiao)液的(de)浪(lang)費；
Intelligent control, it allows the equipment to automatically determine the amount of adhesive to be applied based on the width specifications of the fabric roll, thereby reducing waste of adhesive liquid;

3、自(zi)動疊佈(bu)，設備可(ke)根(gen)據(ju)實際需(xu)求設(she)寘(zhi)疊(die)佈(bu)寬(kuan)度(du)，完成自(zi)動(dong)疊(die)佈(bu)；
