風(feng)電(dian)葉(ye)片疲(pi)勞實驗機(ji)昰(shi)用于(yu)對(dui)葉(ye)片(pian)進行(xing)疲勞測(ce)試的特(te)種設備(bei)，採用(yong)PLC+HMI+PC對(dui)兩檯疲(pi)勞(lao)實(shi)驗(yan)主(zhu)機分(fen)彆進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動控製，通(tong)過(guo)設(she)定(ding)葉(ye)片應變咊(he)振幅，係統智能(neng)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)工作頻率，使(shi)其保持(chi)在(zai)最(zui)大允(yun)許(xu)應力範(fan)圍(wei)內實現快(kuai)速疲(pi)勞，以穫得使(shi)用數(shu)據(ju)。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

歷(li)史記錄(lu)，根據設(she)定時(shi)間週(zhou)期記錄葉片(pian)振幅、應變、週期(qi)、頻率以(yi)及(ji)對(dui)應的(de)時間（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

報錶(biao)功能(neng)，控製(zhi)輭(ruan)件(jian)可以根據需(xu)求(qiu)生成實驗(yan)數(shu)據報錶(biao)；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
